LEED is an acronym for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design, and is the nationally accepted benchmark for the design, construction, and operation of high performance green buildings. The highest LEED rating is Platinum, followed by Gold, Silver, Bronze, and Certified status. While green building is a direction many projects are taking into account, there are only a few residential condominium buildings in Portland that are LEED certified.

- Eco-roof retains, filters, and cleans rainwater before releasing it into the Willamette River.
- This creates the same effect on a river as an open grassy field.
- Each home has the highest efficiency heat pump pumping fresh air into the homes when engaged.
- Materials have low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) to ensure the best air quality. 937 recycled 93% of Construction Debris during construction.
